Terms and Conditions of Sale – Mentis AS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website, mentisclothing.store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Information
Mentis AS is a Norwegian-registered company, and we operate in compliance with Norwegian consumer protection laws. All transactions on our website are subject to these terms and conditions.
2. Ordering Process
- Orders can be placed through our website, mentisclothing.store. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is a pricing error or stock availability issue.
- By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information provided (including payment details) is accurate and you are authorized to use the payment method.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are displayed in NOK (Norwegian Krone), unless otherwise specified. If you are purchasing from outside Norway, the final price may vary due to currency conversion and additional fees applied by your bank.
- We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other secure international payment options.
- Payment will be taken when the order is confirmed. In case of any discrepancies in pricing or incorrect orders, Mentis AS reserves the right to refund the order and cancel it.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship internationally. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

- Europe: 5-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Mentis AS is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen shipping delays.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14-day Return Policy)
- According to Norwegian law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) from the date you receive your order. You may return the product without giving a reason, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
- To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@mentisclothing.store within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Product Information
- We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations in color or details may occur due to the nature of fabric and digital representation.
- If you receive a product that does not match its description, please contact us to resolve the issue.
7. Warranty and Defective Products
- In compliance with Norwegian law, you have the right to complain about any manufacturing defects in the product within 2 years of purchase. If a defect is found, contact us immediately at customerservice@mentisclothing.store with proof of the defect.
- We will either replace the defective item, offer a repair, or provide a refund, depending on the nature of the defect.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Mentis AS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
- We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we reserve the right to amend prices or content without prior notice.

Return Policy – Mentis AS
At Mentis AS, we follow the Norwegian Consumer Protection laws, which include a 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett). This policy ensures that you can cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Conditions for the Right of Withdrawal:
- The right of withdrawal applies within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email at customerservice@mentisclothing.store within the 14-day period.
How to Return Your Product:
- Contact us at customerservice@mentisclothing.store within 14 days of receiving the product to inform us of your decision to withdraw.
- We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
- The product must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.
- The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for return.
- If the product is in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used during the original purchase.
Exceptions:
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns under the right of withdrawal.
- Products that are not in their original condition, or have signs of use, cannot be returned under the 14-day right of withdrawal.
